Merlin Taps CAA Executive Search for New CEO

As previously reported, Jeremy Sirota, who has served as CEO since January 2020, is stepping down from his position effective December 31, 2025, following a six-year tenure that furthered Merlin’s mission through technological innovation, strategic partnerships, and business optimization.

Sirota and the Merlin Board have worked closely on a transition plan that prioritizes continuity, stability, and the continued advancement of Merlin’s mission to empower independence. As a member-governed organization, the Merlin Board has always played an important role in strategically guiding Merlin’s success.

A search to appoint Jeremy’s successor is now underway. The Merlin Board has appointed executive head-hunters at CAA Executive Search to lead the process, which will be led by Andrew Mackereth.
