Frank, 41, was responsible for coordinating the KOCH acquisition of the Velvel
Music Group that resulted in the founding of KOCH Entertainment in June of 1999
with company Chairman and CEO Michael Koch. In 2004, KOCH Entertainment
changed its moniker to KOCH Records.
